  1. Use the Define Categories dialog box to create a new Category or modify an existing Category.

  4. Location pop-up menu: Choose whether to store the new Category locally or on a Server.
  5.  
  6. Category scrolling list: Choose a Category for the selected location.
  7.  
  8. Category Info, Contacts area: Displays any description attached to a selected Category and the number of Contacts.
  9.  
  10. New button: Click to define a new Category. Opens the Category Info dialog box.
  11.  
  12. Edit button: Click to change a selected Category's information. Opens the Category Info dialog box.
  13.  
  14. Delete button: Click to delete a selected Category.
  15.  
  16. Duplicate button: Click to quickly create a Category that resembles an existing Category. Enter new information for the copied Category. Opens the Category Info dialog box, which shows the Category name followed by the word "copy."
